Officer Andy Watts




Officer Andy Watts joined our department after several years with the Kershaw County Sheriff's Office and has accepted a position as a K-9 Handler and the Elgin Police Department's representative to the Multi-jurisdictional Alcohol Enforcement Team.

We are looking forward to making use of his extensive experience.
